Wynn, managing partner of Phillips Goodson & CO., LLC, has over 30 years of public accounting experience. He joined the firm in 1979 and was named partner in 1980. Prior to that time, Wynn began his career with the Denver office of KPMG Peat Marwick in January of 1975. He is a member of the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Wynn has extensive experience in tax, audit, and financial consulting for individuals and privately owned firms in the oil and gas industry and related onshore and offshore service industries, in addition to manufacturing, wholesale, construction, professional services, retail, hospitality, and non profit organizations.
Wynn obtained his Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from McNeese State University in December of 1974. He earned the highest grade point average among his graduating class in the School of Business. Since that time, Wynn continues his professional education in current tax, auditing and accounting, estate planning and eldercare issues and developments.
